Processing Times
• Premade / In-Stock Items: All ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your purchase.
• Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items: These items require additional production time and will be processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks after purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM CST may be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times after shipment are:
• Domestic (USA): 2–5 business days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
• International: 7–14 business days (may vary by country and customs)
